About the Item

This piece of furniture can be used as a low table or a bench, made in Japan. It was made in the Showa period (1950s-1970s). The material used is cedar wood. The grain of the wood is slightly raised on the surface, quietly telling of the beauty that only natural materials can provide. The design is a simple, modern style composed only of straight lines. The minimalist form, which eliminates decoration, enhances the appeal of the material. It blends easily with any interior and gives a sophisticated impression to any space. It can be placed in front of a sofa as a low table or used as a display stand or bench in an entryway or store. This is a practical and beautiful piece that you can enjoy using freely in your daily life. Weight: approx. 30 kg _______________________________________________ Our Philosophy Objects always tell the truth. All I can do is just to face with them sincerely and give them deep affection as much as I can. There is no boundary of nationalities and of eras in beauty. But I think now is the time we choose 'Japanese style' and it will be the best way to remind us of what we are losing today and to question us about an essence of beauty again. I hope that you can touch the memories which the objects here have, feel and think of something invisible but exists undoubtedly.
