Old Boston Street Lamp Post Table in Solid Bronze by Zach Gabbard
About the Item
Mirror polished solid bronze side table with fixed rectangular top on a round pedestal base cast from an authentic salvaged old Boston ornamental 19th century cast iron-gas street lamp post.
Sculptor Zach Gabbard discovered the old lamp post base from which he made a mold, then through lost wax method with molten bronze, cast the table, then labored 'millions' of hours polishing every intricate detail to a mirror finish.
Customization available in other finishes (see samples in last image) and size or shape of top.
Available for immediate delivery is a table in the same form cast in bronze which has been patinated with silver nitrate.
