One-of-a-Kind Iron Set, Two Tables and Two Columns, France, circa 1950s
About the Item
Set comprised of two side tables (one small, one large) and two tall columns, which could be adapted as floor lamps, or used as are.
Fashioned out of hammered wrought iron, painted sea green, with gold highlights.
The tables have sloping edges, decorated with scallop shells, and glass tops, with colourful, enamelled tiles in their centre.
The ironwork is very 1930s, and the tiles 1950s.
