About the Item
This is one of pair of matching antique rattan side tables, American, C. 1929 attributed to the Heywood Wakefield Company of Gardner Massachusetts that are in very good condition with quarter sawn oak top and bottom surfaces that have been beautifully refinished and are very handsome. The table tops and bottom shelves are supported by reed decorated columns that go to the floor. The bottom shelf is wrapped with an 8" decorative rattan skirt on all sides and the table has decorative elements in green, black and cranberry trimming on each level. The table is great looking and convenient size as a side table / lamp table with shelf storage beneath for books and magazines. A perfect table for any room in the house particularly sunrooms and covered porches.
