Pair of Handcrafted English Side Tables
About the Item
Beautifully hand turned and crafted English sycamore and American black walnut side table in a modernist design. The top surface has a pillowed ripple turned underside and the base a superb rounded rim taper ascending to join the centre column. This is a bespoke piece of fine quality, handmade by master craftsman in solid English sycamore/maple and American black walnut.
We design and produce bold and distinctive pieces of furniture – our objective is combining the design with the natural beauty and properties of the raw materials.
These timbers and materials are very carefully chosen for each specific design - maintaining our focus on the benefits, visual impact and strengths of what we use.
By utilising the wonderful and naturally occurring features of these timbers with our contemporary designs we continue creating some distinct, tactile and idiosyncratic pieces.
These are all completely handmade, in very small numbers, by our skilled craftspeople in England.
