Pair of Midcentury French Terracotta Mirrored and Figural Side Tables
About the Item
An unusual and quite decorative pair of midcentury French terracotta mirrored and figural side tables. Each cupid-like figure is made of hand carved terracotta, which is finely hand-finished with a chisel. Each cupid figure is naturalistic in appearance, perched on a bed of seashells. Atop their heads, they are holding up a rectangular mirrored tops which are cut at each corner giving these tables a fine smooth finish.
