About the Item
We are delighted to offer for sale this sublime pair of Shaws of London, Flamed Mahogany, dwarf open book tables with butlers serving trays
These are a very fine and well made pair, they are utilitarian, sitting and working well in almost any setting. Designed as lamp table bookcases, they each have a butlers “slip” serving tray, the idea being when your butler serves you a drink or snack, you slide out the tray which protects the main top
The condition is sublime, we have cleaned waxed and polished them from top to bottom, there may be some light age and use related patina but mostly they are in very good order
