You are viewing a refined pair of Pembroke tables Hand crafted from mahogany with satinwood inlay and cross banding Circa Date 1960 Tables open up by drop leaf system The Pembroke table originated in England during the mid-18th century, named after the Countess of Pembroke, who reportedly popularized its versatile and elegant design. A Pembroke table is a small, lightweight table with drop leaves on either side, allowing it to be expanded or folded down for space-saving. Popular in the 18th century, it often features a drawer and is used for various functions like dining or writing.
