About the Item

The round top of this rustic, tri-leg side table is an antique wooden cart wheel, repurposed from an early 20th century ox-drawn wagon or farm cart. Rich with character, the wheel is textured by deep grooves that follow the swirling grain and marked with imperfections that hint at its previous use. In the spirit of wabi-sabi, the wheel has been patched with inlaid wood repairs to form a continuous tabletop surface. The round top is supported by three tapered legs, hand-carved with a chiseled texture to match the timeworn texture of the antique wheel.
