About the Item
Vintage brutalist style side table in the style of Paul Evans. Origin unknown as the piece seems like a prototype with the plywood interior box frame. Beautiful array of metal faces riveted and welded onto the plywood structure. Heavy patination and textural qualities to each individual metal component. Metals in copper tones, black, brass, verdigris, brown etc, with oxidation throughout. Surface has metal component featuring raised floral motifs; another side features a tree motif directly on the metal. A finely executed piece suitable for any interior environment.
