Rooted Spalted Maple Cubes and Walnut Side Table

The Rooted side table is a smaller variation based on our larger coffee table design. As in the larger table this iteration is entirely hand made from spalted maple and walnut. We use dado joints,
joining woods in a way that marries strength and beauty. Each piece speaks its own truth,
showing flaws that draw the eye. The table is not just functional. It is a work of art. It tells a
story. Each wood has its place, its character, and together they form a whole. We embrace the
quirks, the imperfections. They complete the table's form, making it something more than just
furniture. It is a testament to the beauty found in nature.
