Rosewood and Glass Side Table by Unknown Designer, Brazilian Modern, 1960s

About the Item

This charming side table was produced in the 1960s, and its autorship is still in research by our team. The piece is made in solid Rosewood ans present two tops: one in slatted Rosewood and the other in glass. This is the perfect choice to complete living rooms or bedrooms compositions, allowing to exhibit objects under the glass top without compromising the table’s usable space. Even with authorship unidentified, this side table is very similar with other pieces produced in the 1960s by the most prominent designers and companies – showing the consonance with the period aesthetic, using simple design to achieve beautiful and functional pieces. The piece is in very good original condition. The wood restoration by our Workshop is included as a courtesy.
