About the Item

This charming round side table combines romantic handcraft with decorative artistry. The base is made from solid oak wood, known for its durability and fine grain, and features soft, curving silhouettes that have been hand-carved in a subtly ornate, almost baroque-inspired style. The tabletop is inlaid with a circular mosaic tile design, forming a central decorative scene. The motif — two elegant storks rendered in light cream and pale pink tones — lends the piece both natural whimsy and visual interest. At the top of the mosaic, the marking “AH44” is embedded, possibly referring to the artist’s initials and year of creation, adding an extra layer of intrigue and provenance. This beautiful side table will fit into many interior styles. A Modern, Scandinavian, Classic or an Art Deco home decor.
