Specimen Marble Torchere
About the Item
A carved gilt-wood ‘torchere’ in the Regency style. The exotic, circular marble top of concentric circles is inlaid with double bands of geometric shapes and seashells. The palm leaf decorated apron, punctuated by carved lion masks, is raised on square panelled and tapered legs with lion paw feet and a triangular moulded plinth.
Bespoke sizing, design adaptations and finishing available.
