About the Item

Table Peter Ghyczy model T37 low model, 1960. Coffee table T37 design by Peter Ghyczy 70 years. This is a nice little table with the original legs of the designer Peter Ghyczy (model T37). There are different models, look at our website. The legs are made of bronze and brass. Usually the glass plates are of a certain 15 mm thickness and of course without damage. Knowledge of constructions striving for balance originality and craftsmanship are the words of this Hungarian designer who has been living in the Netherlands for many years now. His son has taken over the company and designs high-quality furniture. Sustainable: environmentally conscious By supplementing your interior with vintage furniture, you are environmentally conscious. This is because no new raw materials need to be used for this product. When you choose vintage, you use what is already there and that makes it sustainable. You may not give the furniture a second, but even a third or fourth life. Vintage furniture is often high-quality products that last a number of lives for a reason. Vintage has a story There is a story behind every vintage product. Some furniture has a rich history and for some the story is still visible or tangible. The traces of use give a glimpse into the life of the previous owner.

Peter Ghyczy is one of many designers in the 20th century who were also immigrants - including Henry van de Velde, Marcel Breuer, Hans Gugelot, Peter Maly - and had a major influence on German and international design.
