About the Item

A vintage Chinese elm wood side table from the mid-20th century, with burl inset top and natural wood stain, open apron and pillar strut motifs. Created in China during the midcentury period, this vintage side table presents a linear silhouette perfectly complimented by a honey brown finish. The table features a square top with burlwood board, sitting above an open apron adorned with pillar strut motifs. The table is raised on four straight legs with carved scrolling feet complimenting the ensemble beautifully. This décor is echoed on all sides, the table will therefore be able to float and be seen from all angles. We review all of our pieces and address issues we may find before they leave for your home; however, this is a vintage piece, and as such it will keep its character and some imperfections, which is the quintessence of antique and vintage furniture. With its clean lines and burl wood accentuation, this vintage Chinese side table from the mid 20th century will bring a touch of simple elegance to any living room, bedroom or hallway.
