An American walnut tavern table, 18th Century. Signs of original red paint under later black or dark brown finish. Purchased in Yemassee, South Carolina from an elderly gentleman who claimed Drayton family lineage and inherited from his grandparents who lived in Charleston. No documentation. 30 inches wide by 24 ¾ inches deep by 25 ¾ inches tall
