This is an antique centre table. An English, carved oak display table in Gothic revival taste, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1890.
Beautifully presented, substantial centre table with a striking carved appearance
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order
Superior oak stocks present fine grain interest and medullary rays
Delightful, warm caramel hues accentuate the whole
Presented in original order, the wide circular top sits above a 3.75'' thick apron
Fascinating fruiting vines accentuate the apron, carved skilfully in relief
Prominent bulb support with a lobed collar over a continuation of the grape motif
Standing upon a quartet of trestle legs supported by squat bun feet
