Richard Yasmine a Lebanese interior architect and product designer, filled with imagination using his imaginary world as a simulation to try out new ideas and create new objects inspired of life, objects and emotions, the human body: physiology and needs, but also focuses on internal chaos combined with a certain innate sensitivity; sometimes extreme and provocative or even not expected by others but still minimal, bold, and straightforward without disguising or hiding true reality. He never tends to identify the difference between reality and imagination this what helps him creating intriguing and controversial design objects yet complicated in the process of production however this is distinctive in his personality. Trying always to incorporate a fresh approach sticking to his culture and tradition, frequently in a muddled process but a precise immaculate result not following any specific period or trend but a reflection of his own image. Integrating the Middle Eastern specifically the Lebanese knowhow and spirit within the recipe of each of his products; collaborating with craftsmen, consequently to reveal the oriental feel through an extravagant aspect, searching to spread the marriage between tradition and new technologies, by keeping his signature identity of commotion mixing craziness to sobriety with a touch of fantasy. Crete Dining Table by Eduard Locota, Turquoise-Blue Acrylic Glass and Marble

The Story The eternal Greek story of sea and land braking into each other to the infinite, captured into one memorable piece – Crete Table. Monolithic, sculptural and functional artwork. A geometry with contrasting straight and fluid lines, that is hiding a message expressed through materials and of the way they interact between each other. The protagonists of the Crete Table are the materials and their apparent opposed affair. I was looking for strong contrasts between shapes, colors and transparencies – that could have the strongest impact with the less elements. There is also a bold presence in a discreet style, a table of charm that will stop the viewer’s time. Personal customization Witness the incredible journey that starts from your dream island, and end to the creation of this beautiful maritime table...

Porto Center Table, by RAIN, Contemporary Center Table, Laminated Oakwood

Porto low tables are composed of a circular top that seems to rest on a sturdy oblong base. Lightness and weight overlap creating a harmonic and unconventional monoblock. The unagreement between the geometry of the elements generates irregular pieces capable of evoking movement, as they elude the gaze, changing according to the viewing angle. The tables give continuity to the Porto collection, whose inspiration comes from the weight and scale...
