About the Item
Extraordinary table model Nodo, designed by Carlo Bartoli in the 1970s and produced by the company T70. This piece of 20th-century Italian design in the Space Age style, features futuristic lines and the combination of materials.
The table features a transparent tempered glass top with a circular shape, which gives visual lightness to the whole. Sculptural chrome-plated steel base composed of crisscrossed tubular elements that create a dynamic and sophisticated knot-like effect, from which the model takes its name. A work with an essential design and at the same time a strong visual impact, ideal for enriching modern, vintage or eclectic environments. Perfect as a dining table or decorative element in a refined living room.
Carlo Bartoli (1931-2020) was a celebrated Italian architect and designer, known for his minimalist and innovative approach. His most iconic creations also include the famous "484" chair produced by Kartell, exhibited at MoMA in New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
Bartoli has left an indelible mark on the design world thanks to his ability to combine functionality and aesthetics.
The T70 company operated in the 1970s with the aim of enhancing avant-garde design, collaborating with some of the biggest names on the Italian scene. Their production was distinguished by the quality of materials and the experimental approach that made each piece a functional work of art.
