Period Regency Rosewood and Brass Occasional Table
About the Item
This fine piece of furniture is made from rich deeply grained rosewood. Even the pedestal support is turned and carved from solid rosewood. The table is further accentuated with a wide brass band around the top and delicate decorative brass trim along the quatrefoil base and rests upon solid brass feet. Though small the table is very heavy and substantial. The piece was once a personal accent in the home of Keith and Chippy Irvine, internationally known decorators to such people as Jackie Kennedy and Rex Harrison.
