About the Item
A very rare William & Mary pier table in the manner of Daniel Marot: shaped friezes on three sides and a scrolling X stretcher with braganza feet: in its original simulated grained oak paint and with a fine but associated marble top. This was discovered in the outbuildings of a house in the New Forest.
