Unusual Regency Mahogany Campaign Desk

About the Item

With a rectangular cross banded with rosewood hinged top with bowed ends and central small painting of two hunting dogs opening to a fitted interior for an officer.The frieze with four drawers two top ones are false for interior compartments , two working drawers all with brass knobs , the sides of case with flush brass travel handles, raised on spiral tapered legs with brass mounting that can be unscrewed for travel.
