A lovely French Louis XV style hand carved oak two-tier tea / dessert server table with beautifully aged warm patina. circa 1900 Born in France at the turn of the late 19th / early 20th century, exceptionally executed in sophisticated Louis 15th style with nods to period Art Nouveau taste, featuring an elegant sculptural silhouette, having a rocaille handled removable serving tray with scalloped shaped molded edge, flanked by finely detailed figural cherub putti topped scrolled supports, joined by medial shelf, ending in shaped feet. Dimensions: (approx) 31.5" High, 27.5" Wide, 18" Deep As warm and attractive as it is functional, having the ideal size and proportions for a variety of different uses, including as a chair side table, sofa table, hall console, cocktail drinks bar cart stand, or highly decorative accent piece, to name just a few. Condition: Great original antique condition. Nicely aged warm mellow patina. Wear consistent with age and use. Delivered cleaned, waxed, with hand rubbed polished French patina finish, ready for immediate use and generational enjoyment!
