Antique Biedermeier Cherrywood Oval Vanity Table & Stool - 2 Piece
This antique Biedermeier vanity table has one drawer and an oval swing mirror with a silk upholstered back. The mirror swings on two posts topped with ebonized finials. The feet have gorgeous scrolled finishes. The table is complimented by an elegant cherrywood saber-legged silk upholstered vanity stool that matches the mirror upholstery. The piece has also been inlaid with patera. This exquisite set was acquired in an estate sale from a $15 million Glenview, IL private estate auction. The set has also appeared in a five page Architectural Digest Centerfold Spread.
