About the Item
Edwardian Tile Back Marble Top Washstand in Birch
This attractive washstand features a chequered tiled splash back, decorated with arum lilies and contrasting deep brown squares, all captivated within a wooden frame.
The back splash sits on a white carrara marble top and beneath the marble top are two full-depth drawers with traditional dovetail construction.
To the moulded fronts are gilt drop handles and the washstand sits solidly on well turned legs with stretcher supports.
The wood has a warm finish that complements the colours of the beautiful arum lilies captured on the tiles.
Overall the washstand is in excellent condition with only minor age-related marks.
