José Manuel Broto, a distinguished Spanish artist, commenced his artistic journey at Zaragoza's School of Arts and Crafts. He subsequently co-founded the influential "Trama" group in Barcelona, renowned for its eponymous publication. Broto's seminal aesthetic theories garnered critical acclaim in 1976, notably endorsed by Antoni Tápies, thereby solidifying his standing among emerging artists of his generation.
