Created by wrapping colored woolen strands around heavy lengths of jute. Knights work has been exhibited in galleries and is included in several corporate collections. She has created fiber pieces for interiors as well as stage sets. A similar textile scultpture was part of the art collection displayed in the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oaklahoma City, Oaklahoma.
