If both statues are purchased together, we offer an additional discount. Zoltán Pap: One of the Most Mysterious and Original Artists of the 1960s. Very little is known about his life. He was born in Bánhida in 1941 and graduated from the College of Applied Arts in 1964. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, he consistently participated in exhibitions. Characteristic of his art is the emphasis on contrasts in surfaces alongside stylized forms. His sculpture-like candleholders and small sculptures are instantly recognizable. He disappeared in the 1980s. His classmates speak of defection and America.
