French Majolica Palissy Platter Arums, Frogs, Shells Signed Christine Viennet

About the Item

Rare Majolica platter arums, frogs, shells signed Christine Viennet circa 2000. Christine Viennet studied at the Oslo school of art, then apprenticed for two Norwegian artists, Rolf Hansen and Bente von Krogh. Between 1965 and 1971, she worked with Father Paoli at the Abbey of Saint Michel de Cuxa and at ateliers of Lurçat and Picart Le Doux, in Perignan, France.
