Limoges Coronet Green Decorative Plate with Hangar, Gilt Edge
About the Item
The colors and hue of this decorative Limoges Coronet plate are stunning. Coronet Limoges is linked to porcelain ware manufactured in Europe and decorated in studios in Limoges, Paris and Germany before exportation overseas. The plate is in excellent condition. There are no chips or damage to the front of the plate, and the gilt trim is intact without any condition issues.
This plate was factory decorated and it is signed by the artist. It has the Coronet mark on the back of the plate, a mark that was used on items produced between 1906
to 1920. The design features fruit that appears at the peak of freshness: red d a peach presented in sections close to long deep green leaves positioned on a background that includes a light green pastel sky. This plate measures 10 inches in diameter.
