Vintage collection decorative porcelain plates from the famous German company Goebel.
The anniversary series
"Golden Classics. The Best Works of M.I. Hummel" was released in a small edition by the centenary of the great artist Maria Innokenty Berta Hummel.
Size:
Diameter - 6.3 inc 16 cm.
In perfect condition.
There are holes for suspension.
Most of all, Maria Hummel (1909-1946) painted children: curious, cognizing the world, funny and serious, imitating adults and looking for themselves. The calm autumnal tones of her drawings are thought-provoking that her childhood is transient, and children who embody cheerfulness, innocence, love, need protection.
Goebel (Germany) was founded in 1871 by Franz Detleff and William Goebel. Goebel is one of the most successful porcelain manufacturers in the world.
