Set of 4 Signed Walter Spies Watercolor Insect Studies – Framed & Custom Matted
An exceptional and rare set of four original watercolors by renowned artist Walter Spies, celebrated for his ethereal depictions of tropical life. Walter Spies was a Russian-born German primitivist painter, composer, musicologist, and curator. In 1923 he moved to Java, Indonesia.
