The Deck series. Screen-printed maple skate decks float-mounted on encaustic painted board. This rare skateboard duo was made by Los Angeles-based Color Bars. Float mounted on O'Hara's best-selling Vinyl series, each features an iconic Bowie song, Ziggy Stardust and Let's Dance. Art dimensions: 36 x 36 H inches each Framed dimensions: 37.5 W x 37.5 H x 4 D inches each Over a year in the making, Decks is a mixed media series combining O'Hara's favorite medium, encaustic wax, as the backdrop and base for art-edition skate decks.
