Merveilleux tableau, huile sur toile, représentant la vue d'un village de pêcheurs, probablement en Provence. Le style de peinture se rapproche du mouvement Impressionniste, les couleurs sont absolument merveilleuses.
Son cadre, de style Louis XV, est superbe, il est en bois et stuc doré, il est ajouré et légèrement de style Rocaille.
La signature se trouve en bas à droite " Pelletier " pour Pierre Jacques Pelletier né en 1869 et décédé en 1931.
