About the Item
A contemporary pop surreal pair of portraits on wood panels by graffiti and street artist Kevin Peterson. Hand signed by the artist on the verso. Created in 2003. The portraits are edgy caricatures emerging from a bright lime green and crimson background. Various shades of beige in a unique painterly style create the creature-like expressions, which are quite visually interesting. From the private collection of a curator and gallery owner from Los Angeles, who has a collection of artworks ranging from Barry McGee to Picasso. Dimensions: 24 H x 12 W per panel (unframed). In excellent condition.
