From Swanson Art Galleries, Ltd., of San Francisco CA, this is an abstract acid etched metal panel mounted on wood by California artist, Silvio Giovenetti. Swanson Galleries is a long established art gallery that championed the creators of California art. This piece is a metal panel that has been brushed with various acids to bring out the different colors that make up the abstract design. Giovenetti referred to his works of this nature as "metal paintings."

Strikingly beautiful and vibrant depiction of a tree-lined, turquoise-toned, snow melt stream in Lake Tahoe, California. Dotted by pops of colorful wildflowers, with a majestic lavender-hued mountain range and bright blue cloud-dappled sky in the distance.
