A framed black and white gelatin silver photograph by American surrealist photographer Arthur Tress (1940-). Entitled "Adam in Central Park, New York". the gelatin silver print was made in 1982 as 17th out of an edition of 50. Ink signed, dated, editioned and titled lower margin, retains gallery paperwork, framed. Image size 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 in.
Framed under TruVue glass.
Provenance: Joseph Geraci Rare Books and Photographs, Amsterdam.
Original invoice from above dated 2009.
This image was published in the artist's first retrospective monograph: Arthur Tress: Fantastic Voyage. 2001. Figure 4 on page 30.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Photograph appears in fine condition, shows slight udulation along the right side under the matt. Frame shows spots of nicks and touch up on the thin silver leaf ridge. Under TruVue glass but can benefit from a new frame.
