ABOUT An original large Eastman Kodak No. 2C folding pocket camera with red bellows. The body is wrapped in leather with chrome and brass accents. The camera folds to 2.25 inches. Original leather case with brass lock. The camera may or may not work but is sold as a decorative objects. CREATOR Eastman Kodak Company, USA. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c.1914. MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Metal, Leather, Chrome, Brass, Fabric. CONDITION Good. Wear consistent with age and use. The bellows appear to be intact. DIMENSIONS H 8.5 in. W 4 in. D 7.75 in., Case: H 9.5 in. W 5 in. D 2.25 in. HISTORY The Kodak No. 2C is one of Kodak’s early folding cameras and was designed to take a variant of 122 format film, commonly known as the postcard format.
