Original Czech film poster for the 1940 Adventure Fantasy Film The Thief of Bagdad.
This film starred Conrad Veidt, Sabu and June Duprez and was directed by
a host of wonderful directors inculding Ludwig Berger, Michael Powell, Tim Whelan, Alexander Korda, Zoltan Korda, and William Cameron Menzies.
This film was not released in Czechoslovakia until after WW2 circa 1950
This poster is from the first Czechoslovakian release that year.
This poster is conservation linen backed and would be shipped rolled in a strong tube and sent by Federal Express.
