Created to promote the Carnaval de Nice in 1960 which ran from February to March of that year. The Nice Carnival is held every year and is one of the worlds premier Carnival events alongside the likes of the Rio Carnival and and Mardi Gras.
Printed by Imprimerie Meyerbeer of Nice, France, this stunning poster was designed by Jean-Luc et Peyrot and is backed on museum quality linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come. The colourful piece is bright and vibrant.
