About the Item
Designed by concert poster artist Jerry Wainwright & Bob Schnepf, this beautiful poster was created in 1968 to promote a live concert of Pink Floyd at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco. Bill Graham events such as this were well known for their now iconic poster art, often vibrant & psychedelic whilst Graham ran Fillmore Auditorium & Fillmore West in the 1960s & 70s. The venue was best known for hosting the likes of the Grateful Dead who recorded several live albums there.
This brilliant first-edition poster for the all time rock & roll legends is in absolutely mint condition and looks fantastic framed.
