Directed by Joe Boyd, Gary Weis and John Head, "Jimi Hendrix" or "A Film About Jimi Hendrix" was released in 1973 and followed the titular guitar and rock & roll icon between 1967 and 1970. Shows featured in the documentary film include iconic performances at Woodstock and the Isle of Wight Festival.
Depicting Hendrix playing his guitar sat on a stool, this simple and beautiful poster has a vibrant and vivid orange colour. The poster is from the original release of the film in 1973 and is in fantastic condition. The piece is backed on museum quality linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come and is in mint condition.
