Consistently ranked as one of the greatest films of all time, Martin Scorsese and Paul Schrader’s 1976 Taxi Driver is as powerful and moving today as it was the day it was released. Starring Robert De Niro and Jodie Foster as well as a supporting cast including Harvey Keitel and Albert Brooks, the bleak and dreamlike film won the Palm d’Or and was nominated for a host of other awards.
This stunning original poster from the first release of the film features the iconic artwork by Guy Peellaert depicting De Niro as Travis Bickle on a dark New York night. The poster is in good condition, with fold marks and handling wear and it has retained its striking colour. A rare and Classic of modern cinema advertisement.
