About the Item
Original French film poster for the classic Walt Disney production.
The artwork was designed by great French poster artist Alexis (dates unknown) and was unique to the French poster. This design was only used on this smaller French poster and is exceptionally rare and is the first one I have seen in over 20 years.
The film was released in the US in (1942) however due to World War II it did not get released in France until (1947).
This poster is conservation linen backed and it would be shipped rolled in a very strong tube and sent by Federal Express.
