The very rare, stunning US International 1 Sheet film poster for Steve McQueen's classic Bullitt. Featuring one of the best designs for the title with wonderfully bold colours.
The quality of the colours on this particular poster can vary substantially. This one is really in the best condition we have ever seen. Superb strong, even colours.
In Bullitt, Steve McQueen stars as the eponymous all-guts, no-glory San Francisco cop who becomes determined to find the underworld kingpin that killed the witness in his protection. One of McQueen's most iconic roles.
This vintage movie poster is sized 27 1/8 x 41inches. In really fantastic condition, really strong colours. It will be sent rolled (unframed).
Comes with fantastic provenance. From the personal collection of someone who worked in the cinema industry for over 60 years in New Zealand. They started out in the late 50s putting the posters up around town, shortly after as a projectionist and from the 1980s onwards, owner of a number of cinemas themselves.

- Condition:Originally folded but stored flat a long time and folds softened. Will be sent rolled. Just tiny fold wear, mostly to cross folds, and some light creases in places. Light bleed through on top left from NSS stamp on back lends to its authenticity.
