My Fair Lady

About the Item

Original US framed production still for My Fair Lady, 1964. This American musical was written by Alan Jay Lerner and directed by George Cukor. It was an adapted of the famous stage musical, which was based on the 1913 stage play Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw. The film stars Audrey Hepburn as Eliza Doolittle, and Rex Harrison as Professor Henry Higgins, and features fantastic musical numbers. The film won eight Academy Awards. The size given is before framing the farmed size is 15 x 13 1/2 in. (38 x 34.3 cm) this piece conservation framed with UV plexiglass and framed in an Obeche wood with a card mount.
