Stunning Art Deco illustration by Jean Carlu (Jean Georges Carlu; 1900-1997) featuring a small figure of a farmer ploughing a field with a bull in front of an Industrial factory dominated by a statue of a warrior wearing a helmet and holding a shield on an outstretched arm against a blue background, the text above and below. Horizontal. Large size. Good condition, restored folds and paper loss on right margins, staining on right margin, backed on linen.
