The three wheeled Messerschmitt KR200 (1955-1964), known as a Kabinenroller / Cabin Scooter, was a small lightweight motor car designed by the aeronautical engineer and inventor Fritz Fend (1920-2000) based on his 1948 invalid carriage and Fend Flitzer with two front wheels and one back wheel. Founded in 1938 Messerschmitt was a German aircraft manufacturing company that was not allowed to manufacture aircraft during the period after World War Two; after merging in 1968 to become Messerschmitt-Bolkow and other mergers, the company became part of Deutsche Aerospace DASA, now part of Airbus (since 1989). Printed by Carl Gerber, Munich. Good condition, folds, creasing, tears, scratches, paper skimming, tape on reverse.
