Original vintage cruise travel poster advertising Plymouth New York issued by Compagnie Generale Transatlantique French Line CGT. Elegant Art Deco design featuring an ocean liner ship sailing at sea with small tug boats on the calm blue water and a French flag flying against the cloudy sky background, the text and address in white below - Express Mail steamers famous for their cuisine, choice wine etc. 22 Pall Mall London SW1 or any tourist agency - and the title on the margin with the CGT and GWR logos at the top and images of the Smeaton's Tower lighthouse at Plymouth Hoe in England and the Statue of Liberty in New York America below. Good condition, restored paper losses, restored tears, restored creasing, restored folds, minor staining, backed on linen.
